IBC New England

“Thriving, not Just Surviving”

What is IBC New England?

IBC New England is a peer-driven network that was formed in December, 2001, to provide support and information for women with inflammatory breast cancer. It has also become a resource for those newly-diagnosed with IBC as well as those who have been living with it for many years.

Through this network we offer support, hope, and friendship.

IBC New England is part of the ENCOREplus Program of the YWCA of Central Massachusetts, where the group meets every other month. Participants attend from throughout New England, with even a few from the New Jersey/New York area. They range in age and treatment status, with some still in treatment and others are long-term survivors.
